Dedicated to Feeding Our Brothers and Sisters in Need
AGATHA HOUSE FOUNDATION is a registered nonprofit organization in the Bronx, New York. Ever since we opened our doors in January 2014, we have been dedicating ourselves to feeding low-income individuals. Our goal is to provide for the basic needs of thousands of people in our communities.
Purpose
Our primary focus is to combat hunger within communities in the United States, especially in the Metropolitan area. We aim to provide better nutrition for children and families, educate families on the value of the food they consume to reduce the risk of childhood obesity, diabetes, and other childhood-related illnesses.
Our mission is to provide hope and resources for those without life’s essentials. To provide help, funding, and programs to help end childhood hunger and feed the children and families of displaced families due to poverty or disaster.
To connect with donors, experts, leaders, politicians, and community leaders to help end childhood diseases. Also, to provide a food bank where underserved children and their families can receive nutritious meals.
AGATHA HOUSE FOUNDATION serves over 7,000 people per month at our pantry. Families attend weekly pantry to supplement their meals with fresh food and to utilize the other services we provide that include tax assistance, health checks, and childbirth education, to name a few.
